But, if for some reason you are not, our return/exchange policy is as follows:
General Merchandise: Can be returned in it's original packaging and condition for a refund or exchange within 5 days of receipt.
Quilts/Blankets: Can be returned in its original packaging and condition (unwashed and unused) for a refund or exchange within 5 days of receipt.
On handcrafted items, you can expect slight variations in size and pattern layout and sometimes colors may vary from photos..
Items that are non-refundable~
All Baby bling items cannot be returned since they are made as orders are placed and take time to hand place each crystal for you.
Custom and Personalized items cannot be returned. This includes all custom *outfits that require a size, they are made to order and will NOT be given any type of refund. These items may also take up to 7 days to ship.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
